JellyBoost Quality: the Process Behind the Batch Record
The batch-check page shows you the results. This page shows you the machine that produces them: sourcing rules, facility standards, and the five screens every lot passes before a single bottle ships.
Where the ingredients come from
Tongkat Ali is wild-harvested in Southeast Asia and standardized stateside; Maca comes from Peruvian highland growers; the remaining botanicals and L-arginine are sourced from suppliers who provide their own certificates of analysis before a kilogram enters the queue. Identity is confirmed on arrival, not assumed from paperwork.
The facility
JellyBoost is produced in a US facility registered with the FDA and operating under cGMP. Gummy manufacture is fussier than capsule pressing: actives must survive the heat of the pectin pour and distribute evenly through the batch, which is why dose-uniformity testing matters more for this format, and why we publish it.
Five screens per lot
- Identity, by HPLC-UV. Confirms each botanical is the declared species and the marker compounds are present.
- Potency. Verifies the printed milligrams; the 2026 run assayed at 98.8% of label claim for actives.
- Heavy metals, by ICP-MS. Lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury; the current lot reads < 0.6 ppm.
- Microbiology. Total plate count, yeast, mold, E. coli, Salmonella; result: Pass, USP microbial panel.
- Dose uniformity. Random gummies from across the run are assayed individually so the first and last gummy in a bottle match.
The screens run at Merrimack Assay Sciences, an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Results roll up into certificate MAS-1189-26, summarized on the batch-check page for lot JB26-R0847.
What we publish and why
Most brands hold this file internally and print "lab tested" on the carton. We publish the identifiers because a claim you cannot check is just decoration, and the single-channel model only earns its keep if the paper trail is public. Quality is the process; verification is the receipt.
