Effective August 2026. Short version: we collect what an order requires, we sell nothing about you, and you can ask for your data or its deletion at any time.
What we collect, and when
Browsing this portal collects standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, kept 90 days for security. Ordering adds your name, shipping address, email, and phone if provided. Payment card data never touches our systems; it is entered directly with our authorized checkout processor on their encrypted infrastructure.
What we use it for
Fulfilling and tracking orders, answering support requests, honoring the guarantee, and meeting tax and consumer-protection obligations. If you write a review, we display the name and city you choose to include. We send transactional email always, and marketing email only if you opted in, with a working unsubscribe link in every message.
Who sees it
Three categories, all under contract: the shipping carrier, which needs the address; the checkout processor, which handles payment; and our email provider, which delivers confirmations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, full stop, and no analytics profile built here follows you across the internet.
Cookies
This portal runs on functional storage only: a session flag that remembers a dismissed offer bar, and the cart state during checkout. No third-party advertising trackers run on these pages.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to request a copy of your data, correction of an error, or deletion of everything not legally required for tax records. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. California and other state-law rights are honored on the same request, no special form needed.
